2011/2012 school year registration is now available to active members!

The Boys & Girls Club of Salem provides before and after school services for members grades K-12. Children in grades K-5 (or in Salem Christian/St. Joseph's) attending Salem schools have the option to register for transportation to/from school by club buses.

*Early Bird (before-school care) includes transportation to school. The program starts on the first day of school and runs through the last day of school. (Hours: 6:30AM until bus departure for school)

*After-School Enrichment includes transportation from school. The program starts September 6th and ends June TBD (Date determined by April 1st, 2012). (Hours: school dismissal - 6:30 PM )

After School Enrichment & Early Bird Policy
(2011-2012 school year Grades 1 to 8)
Our Financial Policies are outlined below: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

• Enrollment is limited and registrations will be taken on a FIRST COME/FIRST SERVED basis.
• All enrollments must be current members of the Boys & Girls Club.
• Membership fee is $30 per year and is non-refundable. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ONLINE PAYMENT! Please call 603-898-7709 ext.22 or email ksalemi@salembgc.org if you are unsure about your child's membership status. (Register of Renew Membership Here)
Any attempt to register with a past-due balance will result in your payment going towards your past due balance and forfeit of registration until all overdue balances are paid.
• All on-line registrations will be confirmed by e-mail. PLEASE CAREFULLY ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!
• All new participants are required to attend an orientation (Orientations: TBD).
A non-refundable first month's payment is required for registration.
• Schools request that you submit your Boys & Girls Club confirmation or a note before school starts with any alterations in bus schedule (i.e.- "only taking club bus on Mon & Wed, being picked up on Tues").
ALL EARLY BIRD participants are required to fill out additional paperwork before attending, which can only be picked up at the club's front office.
• Each monthly payment must be paid in full by the fifteenth day of the month prior to transportation service. Your child will not be allowed aboard a Boys & Girls Club vehicle until payment is made for that month.
• A $25 fee will be assessed for all late payments received after the fifteenth of the month.
• The monthly fee includes holidays (when the club is open), snow days, vacation weeks, & teacher in service days. This does not apply to per day registrations.

2011/2012 PRICING - Monthly (covers 5 days per week at a discounted price plus days off from school)
• After-School Enrichment will be $230 per month if you register by August 31st, $240 per month if you register after 8/31/2011.
• Early Bird will be $150 per month
• After-School Enrichment & Early Bird combined will be $380 per month
if you register by August 31st, $390 per month if you register after 8/31/2011.

• includes holidays (when the club is open), snow days, vacation weeks, & teacher in service days.
A two weeks written notice is required upon cancellation or you will be billed each month.
• If you sign up for a month that has already begun, you must pay for the full month (NO PRO-RATING).
• Inappropriate behavior while waiting for, riding on, or departing a Boys & Girls Club vehicle may result in suspension or termination of transportation and membership.
• The payment for June will be reduced by 50% for monthly participants (subject to change).

• We accept Visa, American Express, & MasterCard.
• We accept automatic billing via credit card or through your bank. You may request this at registration through our online form.
• Checks returned to us by the bank will incur a $25 charge.

2011/2012 PRICING - Per Day Packages (pay weekly)
• After-School Enrichment will be $34 for 2 days and $17 each additional day
(2 days @ $34,3 days @ $51, & 4 days @ $68 - paid the week prior - 1 day only will not be offered)
• Early Bird will be $22 for 2 days and $11 each additional day
(2 days @ $22, 3 days @ $33, & 4 days @ $44 - paid the week prior - 1 day only will not be offered)
• After-School Enrichment & Early Bird combined will be $56 for 2 days and $28 each additional day

(2 days @ $56, 3 days @ $84,& 4 days @ $112 - paid the week prior - 1 day only will not be offered)
THERE IS A TWO DAY MINIMUM PER WEEK PER PROGRAM. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR TWO DAYS SERVICE IF YOUR CHILD ATTENDS ONE DAY IN A GIVEN WEEK.
DOES NOT include holidays (when the club is open), snow days, vacation weeks, & teacher in service days. If a snow day, vacation day or teacher in service day falls on one of your reserved days, it may be considered/transferred as payment towards the day-off of school reservation.
Payments must be made the week prior to attendance to be placed on bus list. Payments will be accepted online.
• All deposits/fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your child will only be placed on the bus list for days paid/registered for the week prior.
• Inappropriate behavior while waiting for, riding on, or departing a Boys & Girls Club vehicle may result in suspension or termination of transportation and membership.

Financial Aid
• All financial aid applications must be submitted WITH REQUIRED PAPERWORK at the time of registration.
• The club will not process requests that are missing forms or have incomplete applications.
• Financial aid is first-come, first served. Late submissions may not receive aid. Applications will be accepted starting August 1st.
