The Ski & Ride Club is for Teen Center Members grade 6 and up. ** First time skiers and snowboarders are recommended to take at least two lessons on their own before participating. We would be happy to provide information regarding lessons and where to take them locally. We have at least two experienced staff at all times. We can take 10 to 12 teens in our 15 passenger van depending on equipment.
Lessons will not be offered on our trips.

We are currently arranging trips and pricing for the upcoming season. Below is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.

Cost includes transportation via our 15 passenger van and lift ticket.
Equipment rentals differ mountain to mountain. A separate payment and liability waiver will be required if your teen needs to rent equipment from the ski area. More information will be available regarding rentals soon.

*OVERNIGHT TRIP - Leaving club Monday morning of February vacation and returning Wednesday evening (2/22 to 2/24/2010). Staying in Poland, ME. Night skiing Monday night at Shawnee Peak and day trip to Sunday River on Tuesday. $140 includes lift tix, transportation, lodging, and meals (some spending money is suggested if we stop at Dunkin Donuts or Burger King on the way to and from the lodge). **NIGHT SKIING: We normally leave around 3:00pm and return to the club by 9/9:15pm. This gives the teens about 3 hours on the mountain. Our homework room is open at 2:15pm and Ski & Ride Club members are recommended to work on their homework at this time. Ski & Snowboard gear can be dropped off at the club the afternoon before or anytime the day of the trip. We have a secure storage closet.

On day trips, we usually leave between 6 & 8am and return between 5 & 7pm depending on the driving distance.

Payments are required to reserve trips and spots are limited. All participants must be active members. A refund may be granted if we are given at least one weeks notice, or if a trip is cancelled due to weather. We pre-purchase some non-refundable tickets and therefore cannot refund.

We will start accecpting registrations on NOVEMBER 16, 2009 (Returning participants can register as of November 1st, 2009).
